No Refund Policy for Coaching Classes
1. Payment Terms:
- All payments for coaching classes are final and non-refundable.
- Full payment must be made prior to the start of any coaching session or program, unless an installment plan has been agreed upon.
2. No Refunds:
- Once payment is made for a coaching session or program, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Client’s inability to attend scheduled classes.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after the start of the program.
- Any other reason unrelated to the quality or provision of services.
3. Class Rescheduling:
- Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least [48 hours] notice prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of that session without refund.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within [30 days] of the original session date.
4. Program Changes:
- In the event that a coaching program is canceled or rescheduled by the coach, the client will be offered alternative dates. Refunds will not be offered, but accommodations will be made to ensure the client can complete their program.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of medical emergencies or extreme situations, clients may reach out to discuss potential accommodations. However, refunds will still not be guaranteed, and decisions will be made at the coach’s discretion.
6. Agreement:
- By enrolling in our coaching classes and making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
